Terms of Service

Payment is due on the date of inspection/treatment. A $12 per week will be charged on overdue invoices to cover administration costs.

Liquidators Pest Control need to be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment if the property is undergoing any building renovations, high pressure cleaning, window cleaning, house cleaning or carpet cleaning as this may prevent us proceeding with the inspection/treatment.

Cancellation Fees:

Please note our office hours are Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm. Cancellations to your scheduled appointments need to be made during these hours.

An email with the date/time of the appointment is sent to every client as confirmation. Every appointment is scheduled in at a date/time chosen and agreed by the client. A friendly reminder is sent either via mobile text, phone call or email to every client at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If a first time cancellation or a re scheduled appointment is made less than 24 hours to your scheduled appointment, there will be no charge incurred.

If a second or following cancellation or a re scheduled appointment is made at the time of the scheduled appointment (once the pest technician/inspector has already arrived for the appointment) or less than 24 hours than your scheduled appointment an, $88 inc GST cancellation fee will be invoiced. This cost will help cover the loss of income that Liquidators Pest Control has incurred. Liquidators Pest Control will still need to pay wages and fuel costs regardless if the works scheduled goes ahead or not. An invoice will be emailed with the cancellation/re scheduling fee.

A client won’t be allowed to cancel and expect not to be charged a cancellation fee if, for example, he or she cancels of inconvenience, difficulty, price or has forgotten the appointment unless at least 24 hours’ notice has been given.

Cancellation Fees For Body Corporates/Real Estates/Property Managers/Tenants:

Liquidators Pest Control do not charge to collect keys. In an event that the wrong keys are handed over at no fault of Liquidators Pest Control and two visits are required to the property, an $88 inc.GST fee will apply. This amount will be applied to the invoice on completion of works.

In an event that the tenant cancels/re schedules within 24 hours of the appointment and/or 2 visits are required to the property, an $88 inc GST fee will apply. The Real Estate/Body Corporate/Property Manager will need to invoice the tenant or owner directly.

If Liquidators Pest Control need to cancel or re schedule the appointment due to these circumstances an $88 inc GST cancellation/ re scheduling fee will apply. Liquidators Pest Control will still need to pay wages and fuel costs regardless if the works scheduled goes ahead or not. An invoice will be emailed with the cancellation/re scheduling fee. The Real Estate/Body Corporate/Property Manager will need to invoice the tenant directly if this fee needs to be recouped to the owner.

A tenant won’t be allowed to cancel and expect not to be charged a cancellation fee if, for example, he or she cancels of inconvenience, difficulty, price or has forgotten the appointment unless at least 48 hours’ notice has been given.

3 Month Termite Inspection Assurance Warranty Terms & Conditions

– Client has read the visual Termite Inspection Terms and Conditions.

– Access must be available to all integral areas of the structure.

– All areas of the home must be available for access at the time of the inspection.

– All recommendations on the termite inspection report must have been carried out.

– No active termites were found during the inspection.

– This warranty does not cover timber damage found within the structure before, during or after inspections or services carried out by us.

– Should Jeepers Creepers Pest Solutions recommend more frequent termite inspections due to high risk areas, the warranty will stand for the recommended frequency of the inspection.

– Payment has been paid in full on completion of the termite inspection.

– Client is required to email info@liquidatorspest.com.au to confirm that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this warranty.
